Lincoln Park Associates is a venture by Don Marlais, most recently Vice President of Lussier, Gregor, Vienna & Associates.

Don and his family have lived in Washington, DC for more than 20 years and he wants to ensure that his neighbors have access to convenient, efficient, and affordable legal services. We understand the importance of listening to your concerns and make sure they are fully addressed throughout the process.

Don received his law degree from Santa Clara University and holds an LLM in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California, the Bar for the District of Columbia, the State Bar of Virginia, the State Bar of Maryland, US District Courts, US Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is an avid sports fan and you can find him at Nats Stadium during most of the season. He is also a dedicated ice hockey coach to his sons' teams. Don lives with his wife and two sons on Capitol Hill.
